Terms of Sale

You fully understand and accept that our game covers, game manuals, game labels and game boxes are all reproduction or replacement items, they are not original items and are not being sold as such. Any purchase made from this website is done under the clear undertanding of this.

When you place an order with us you are agreeing to these terms. You will be asked to tick a confirmation box at the checkout confirming that you agree to these terms before you can place your order with us. Please remember that we do not sell any original prints, everything is a reproduction or replacement.

On our box cover prints there will be the word REPROPRINTS somewhere on the reverse just to show that the cover is not an original, this also applies to manuals printed in the future. However, we do not print REPROPRINTS on our cartridge labels or any custom orders you upload, except Sega genuine covers.

When payment is made through PayPal we will only dispatch to that registered PayPal address. We can not under any circumstances change this afterwards. Please ensure that your registered PayPal address is up to date before making payment. If payment for an order that you have placed with us has not been received within 3 working days your order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to re-order. Your order will not dispatch until payment has been received in full.

We reserve the right to refuse an order and give a full refund without notice.

Please note that there is a fee of 3% for direct bank transfer (DBT) payments. This fee will be applied at the checkout.

Customer accounts that have been left dormant for a certain length of time will now be deleted along with any remaining reward points.

When you use your loyalty points to pay or part pay for an item/order, those points then become spent. You will not receive further reward points from that order. Loyalty points are not refunded when an item/order is returned or replaced. Once used all reward points are concidered spent.

Royal Mail Tracked Service (weight based orders)

This postage option has been added to the checkout as most of our orders are small (large letter). Now you can choose from Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48. When choosing one of these postage options please ensure that you apply the correct postage for your order weight which is displayed in brackets. If after receiving your order we see that not enough postage has been applied, we will ask you to pay the difference via your chosen payment method. If you do not pay the difference within three days, we will go ahead and cancel your order and refund.

Creating an Account

It is easy and free to register for an account with us, creating an account also provides extra benefits. Once created your account will be manually approved, don't worry this is usually done quickly and you will receive a confirmation email. We have chosen to manually approve all new accounts to stop bogus accounts being created. If you have not received an approved email within two days of creating your account, please contact us. Once approved you can continue around the site as normal.

With an account you have access to all your order history from your account dashboard, change your account information and more. You will also benefit from our loyalty reward scheme to earn points. You can ask us at any time to close your account and delete all of your information. You can still make a purchase without creating an account using guest checkout however you will not have an account or access to the reward scheme. We reserve the right to close your account at any time and delete your information without notice.

Loyalty Reward Scheme

Our loyalty scheme is a way of thanking our customers for making a purchase from us. Reward points are awarded for all purchases made, leaving a review or registering  your account and can be used against any future orders. For every £ that you spend you will receive 1 loyalty point, rounding up or down to the nearest pound. Loyalty points can not be transferred to another person and can only be redeemed on our website and in accordance with these terms.

Your reward points will be added to your account once your order has been marked as complete or a review has been approved. We may be adding more ways to earn reward points in the future. Any reward points you have earnt will be available at checkout to use. If you have earnt reward points but they have not been applied to your account please contact us and we will check, sometimes they have to be manually applied. NO REWARD POINTS ARE GIVEN FOR RECYCLED PRODUCTS.

On the product page it shows the amount of points that you will earn for purchasing that particular product, it also displays how many points are needed to buy the product. Our review reward points have different levels of points depending on the review itself. Any unused points will remain in your account, you do not need to use them all at one time, however if left unused in an account that becomes inactive, they will be removed.

If your order is cancelled by us the used loyalty points will be returned back to your account. If cancelled by the customer the points will not be returned but instead will be treated as used. This also applies to orders with a failed payment status or chargeback. We reserve the right to end the loyalty scheme at anytime without notice, however it will be published on our website news. We also reserve the right to alter the redemption value at any time without notice.

Box Covers

The printed box covers are reproduced from scans of original artwork so may have slight marks or signs of wear. We sometimes try to touch up small blemishes on the scans but we never fully restore the cover. Any such blemishes can be seen on the product page however your cover will still be produced using a high quality print.

Some box covers have been scanned from a cardboard box style game box, especially the older games. These have been put together to fit the standard game box. If you are not happy with any of the above information then please do not place an order with us.

Cartridge Labels

All cartridge labels available on our website are re-constructed to resemble the originals, however as this is just a hobby website these labels are created in our spare time and may be slightly different from the originals. They are created out of love for these old cartridge games, so if you are looking for an exact brand new label for your game cartridge, please think twice before you place an order with us as they are not sold as original labels, they are just replacements. Cartridge labels are sold without REPROPRINTS printed on them unlike the covers.

We do not claim ownership of any artwork used, and no copyright infringement is intended. All rights go to their respective owners. If you are the artist or owner and would like us to remove your artwork, please contact us and we will comply with your request immediately.

Uploading Your Custom Covers

#Box Covers

When uploading your image please make sure it is in JPG format and no more than 4MB in size. Text will be printed as it is received so please make sure that any text is spelt correctly. Images will be scaled up or down to fit the template the best that we can. The quality of the upload reflects in the quality of the prints and colours may differ slightly due to hardware. We will print exactly what you have provided us, any mistakes found will not be corrected, that is up to the customer to ensure the correct information is uploaded.

Please do not upload any copyrighted material or any images that you do not have permission to reproduce. If we find that the uploaded image is indeed copyrighted or does not have permission to be reproduced then we will refuse to print your order and may disclose your information to any relevant party. We take NO RESPONSIBILITY for any images that you upload to us and accept that by doing so you have full copyright permissions.

All images and text provided by the customer will be deleted once the order is complete. We will not and do not keep any backups. If you require further prints then you must re-upload all of the the information again. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer, for example: a name spelt incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse an order and give a full refund without notice.

If you upload any covers that are genuine Sega covers that are not on the website, we will add them to the database for others to use.

Special Offers

Always make sure to read the item description carefully before making a purchase. Items that have been purchased from our special offers category are sold as seen and have no guarantees. However before dispatch any games will have been tried and tested and sold as "in working order". We do not accept returns for a change of mind nor do we offer any replacements, we may accept a return if your item(s) arrived damaged. In the event of damage we will ask that you supply us with a digital photograph of the damaged item(s). All the games from our special offers are used, what you see in the image is what you will receive. Cartridges have been tested and their pins cleaned, there will be a security mark somewhere, in the event of a return.

Returns

If part or all of your order has arrived damaged we will ask that you supply us with a digital photograph of the damaged item(s). This also applies to errors in supply that are 100% in our control. Once we receive the digital photograph we will offer either a full refund or free replacement, whichever is your preference. Occasionally we will make that decision and act upon it if we believe that one option outways the other. We may even choose to cancel your order and just refund. Please use our returns form to let us know that you want to return an item. Our postal address can be found on the contact page. We do not accept returns for items from our recycling unless damaged on arrival.

Change of Mind

From the day you place your order you have 14 days cooling off period. If within this time you change your mind and no longer want the item you can return it for a refund, once you have informed us that you have changed your mind you then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that as it is a change of mind you the buyer are responsible for the return postage, this is not refundable. You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. If the return arrives back with us damaged this will reduce the amount of refund you will receive.

Recycling

Please note that we do not issue reward points on our recycled products.

#Game Boxes

Our games boxes on the recycle page are used, they are not new, if you want a new game case these are available from the replacements page. These game boxes have all been USED so will show signs of wear and tear on them. Please check the description carefully before making a purchase. We do not accept returns for these recycled game cases so please only make a purchase if you are totally happy with this.
