Once you click the X to remove an item you will see it removed from the cart shortcut button next to the search button instantaneously. If you click on the update button next to the X it will then be removed or just leaving the cart and going to another page will also remove it from the cart altogether.
The cover style option is just an option on the product page that you can choose from. It offers you a choice of whether you would like your cover trimmed (cut) or not, meaning cut down to fit your game box. Some people may want to cut it down themselves which gives it more of a "project" feel, while others just want a cover to put straight into their game box. You do get a discount if you choose uncut which will be deducted from your total at checkout as well as 14 FREE reward points which doubles the normal points for a cover.
These costs are subject to change as Royal Mail change their prices. At the moment, November 2024, they start from £3.25 for 2nd class and £4.20 for 1st class. Your total postage cost is based on the weight of your cart and will be automatically added at checkout.
From the day you place your order you have 14 days cooling off period. If within this time you change your mind and no longer want the item you can return it for a refund, once you have informed us that you have changed your mind you then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that as it is a change of mind you the buyer are responsible for the return postage, this is not refundable. You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. If the return arrives back with us damaged this will reduce the amount of refund you will receive. Please use our returns form to let us know that you want to return an item. Upon receiving the completed form we will then provide you with a return address.

If part or all of your order has arrived damaged we will ask that you supply us with a digital photograph of the damaged item(s). This also applies to errors in supply that are 100% in our control. Once we receive the digital photograph we will offer either a full refund or free replacement, whichever is your preference. Occasionally we will make that decision and act upon it if we believe that one option outways the other. We may even choose to cancel your order and just refund. Please use our returns form to let us know that you want to return an item. Upon receiving the completed form we will then provide you with a return address.
We charge this because we have to take the time out to contact the bank, check if the payment has gone through, make sure the payment matches the customer's order. If the customer does not send payment straight away we could be checking several times a day, maybe for more than one day.
Currently this site is a work in progress and is being worked on when time permits. Starting with the covers, often referred to as inlays, then moving on to the labels then finally the manuals. We also offer other replacement parts such as game cases and cartridge screws. Please remember that we do not sell any original prints, everything is a reproduction or replacement and on some of the prints there will be the word REPROPRINT.

You have to register an account with us to claim your reward points. Once created you will find them in your account menu. If you placed your order and checked out as a guest then you do not qualify for our loyalty scheme. If your reward points are not there please contact us, it maybe that we missed processing them to your account.
Our site is very new at the moment and is a work in progress. We add artwork from games that we own first, currently our database is not very big however we will be adding to it. If you want an item that is not listed just send us a quick message and if I have got it or can get it I will list it on the website.
Payments accepted through Stripe, Paypal and Direct bank transfer, (DBT). Please note that there is a fee of 3% for direct bank transfer (DBT) payments. This fee will be applied at the checkout. If payment for an order that you have placed with us has not been received within 3 working days your order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to re-order. Your order will not dispatch until payment has been received in full.
