Delivery
UPDATE: ROYAL MAIL ARE CHANGING DELIVERIES OF ALL NON-FIRST CLASS LETTERS TO EVERY OTHER WEEKDAY. THIS MAY DELAY YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT EXCEPT CARRY ON DISPATCHING ON TIME. PLEASE CONCIDER UPGRADING TO 1ST CLASS.
All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail's first or second class signed for service. This service will require a signiture and once dispatched the tracking number will become available in your account order history. Postage costs are automatically added at checkout, these are calculated by the weight of your cart plus the signed for service that you opt for. These costs are subject to change as Royal Mail change their prices. Payments accepted through Stripe, Paypal and Direct bank transfer, (DBT).
We do not post outside the United Kingdom or dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Orders are dispatched on average within two working days after payment has been received. If you have placed an order and checked out as a guest, please keep the confirmation email as this contains your guest order ID which is needed when viewing the guest order view page. We reserve the right to upgrade postage to an alternative tracked, signed for service at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order that does not comply with our terms, we believe to have been made in error or the payment or postal address is incorrect.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 days after payment has been received. However sometimes there may be a delay with your order that is out of our control such as a printer breakdown or ink issue or Royal Mail delays and strikes, for this we can only appologise and ask that you wait a couple of days extra for your order. You can find the tracking number for your order in your account.
Returns
If part or all of your order has arrived damaged we will ask that you supply us with a digital photograph of the damaged item(s). This also applies to errors in supply that are 100% in our control. Once we receive the digital photograph we will offer either a full refund or free replacement, whichever is your preference. Occasionally we will make that decision and act upon it if we believe that one option outways the other. We may even choose to cancel your order and just refund.Change of mind
From the day you place your order you have 14 days cooling off period. If within this time you change your mind and no longer want the item you can return it for a refund, once you have informed us that you have changed your mind you then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please note that as it is a change of mind you the buyer are responsible for the return postage, this is not refundable. You don't have to return the item in its original packaging, but you do need to make sure it’s packaged in a way that means it doesn’t get damaged. If the return arrives back with us damaged this will reduce the amount of refund you will receive.Game Recycle
When placing an order for a game recycle, the total cost at the checkout includes the return cost of your cartridge. If your order is cancelled and you are refunded, this refund will not include the postage cost paid.
